The mezza (appetizer) section boasts an extensive selection including such dishes as hearts of palm, grape-leaves, spinach pie, kibbe balls, meat pies, hummus, tabbouleh, and marinated mixed olives. Entrees are the focus of the restaurant with dishes such as Shish Tawook, Shish Kabob, Lamb Kabob, Kefta Kabob, and Shrimp Kabob. Specialties of the house also include Quail sauteed in garlic, cilantro, lemon juice, and spices; pan-seared Red Snapper; and Msakaah, baked eggplant, chickpeas, and onions in tomato sauce served over rice.
